Head

  • Overall IC of event
  • Decision maker and initiate meetings
  • Point of contact: Event Committee member, YDO & VE Heads

Vice Head

  • Assist and take over Head’s duties when Head is not around
  • Assist the Head to get updates from Event Committee members

ADMIN

  • Handle online registration and payment
  • Prepare notes, signages, posters, feedback form,  attendance list
  • Handle registration on the day of event

Logistics

  • Collate logistic list (items to purchase) other department require
  • Email Cik Fuad/Kak Syahedah to book venue & logistic items (MWD)
  • Assist departments (Admin, F&B, IT) on the day of event for set-up

Food & Beverage

  • Source for food/drinks sponsors
  • Order food - work closely with admin for final number of pax
  • Ensure smooth preparation for food/drinks on the day of event

I.t.

  • Prepare slides and appropriate music
  •  Liaise with the Heads for the content of the slides
  • Set-up of the slides and audio on the day of event
  • Liaise with Emcee on the transitions of the slides
  • Highly encouraged to rehearse the slides with Emcee

eMCEE

  • Prepare points of speech & work with Heads for flow of events
  • Liaise with IT on the transitions of the slides
  • Highly encouraged to rehearse the slides with I.T.

MEDIA

  • Prepare posters
  • Generate interest in Social Media
  • Take pictures of event and post on Facebook within a week
