If photographs are viewed as the true relics of the objects being photographed in reality, we can say that photographs are somehow the extension of the objects. Taking the photos as treasures thus is reasonable. Owning the photos means not only having a moment of the object in that specific time and space but also preserving the material trace of that object at that moment permanently.
