ISSUE

• Keeping players safe
• Trying to ban fighting
• Many rule changes
• For example hits to the head and hits from behind
• Also extra penalty if helmets are removed before

PLAYERS OPINION

• "I think there would be a lot more high-sticks, a lot more hits from behind"
• Shawn Harcoff
• Chris Neil of Ottawa Senators says there would be more illegal stick work
• Majority of players think it will make the game worse
• Many think it is safer with fighting

MY OPINION

• It is needed
• Major change in momentum
• Will create more problems with dirty play
• Should be more regulated but not removed
• What do you guys think?
