PRESENTATION OUTLINE

NUCLEAR ENERY

KITTY

How it Works

  • Nuclear fuel comes in contact with special pressured water
  • Then, fission happens and that creates radioactive steam
  • The steam goes down a pipe that powers a turbine
  • In the Turbine, the steam are being turned really fast
  • Then finally, the engery becomes electricity

PROS & CONS

PROS

  • very fast in making & transporting electricity
  • doesn't need to be refuelled everyday, it is refuelled every year
  • it is not high in price- LOW COST! (SAVE $!)
  • it is a renewable energy source

PROS (CONTINUED)

  • sustainable- it can be used for a very long time
  • the energy/ electricity is produced in a very high quality

CONS

  • it's very dangerous for the people who decides to work inside the building
  • Pollutes the water, therefore it is bad for the marine animals

EROEI

  • NUCLEAR ENERY!:) 7
  • Wind 18 (too expensive:(
  • Geothermal 8 (meh
  • Biomass 1
  • Tidal 12 ( its OK)

A BIT EXPENSIVE BUT ITS REASONABLE!

  • saves time and fuel
  • high quality
  • available almost everywhere ( as long as there is enough uranium)
  • sustainable\

AVAILABILITY

  • available wolrd wide as long as there is uranuim
  • there are many uranium that is found in Canada
  • the highest chance of people using Nuclear energy is in Australia -29%
  • the lowest chance is Tanzania 1%

U SHOULD BUY IT!

SAVES TIME AND MONEY

AND YOU WILL GET SOMETHING BETTER THAN BEFORE!
