ADDING INTEGERS

RULES

• Take your problem (-2+4)
• Check are the signs the same or different?
• Remember: Different-subtract Same--add
• If its different,You subtract and keep the sign of the bigger number
• If its the same, you add you keep the sign

HOW TO SOLVE

• Take your problem (-2+4)
• Figure out do you need to add or subtract
• If you need to add then add
• If u need to subtract you subtract
• -2+4 would be, positive 2 cause 4 is the bugger number
