  • It was made up of New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island

RESOURCES

  • They had rocky coastlines with bays, lakes, and rivers.
  • This meant they did a lot of fishing.
  • They had cold , snowy winters and hot summers

ECONOMY AND RELIGION

  • Since there were so many water sources, their economy relied on fishing. This helped with trade.
  • Most of the settlers were Puritans.
