• Helped youth
• Founded jobs for the youth
• Trained youth for jobs
• Taught reading, writing, and arithmetic

IT AFFECTS & BENEFITS…

• It affected may teenagers
• Any one between the age of 16 and 25
• Youth that needed to learn

SUCESSFUL💗

• Helped many kids
• Eleanor Roosevelt took great joy in the program
• She wrote about it in her autobiography

NOT AROUND ANYMORE😭😭

• It needed $58,000,000 to run
• Congress shut it down in 1943
• Congress thought it was too expensive and needed the money for the upcoming war.
