INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION
The shift, beginning in England during the 18th century, from making goals by hand to making them by machine.
ENTREPRENEUR
A person who organizes, manages, and takes on the risks of a business.
CORP ROTATION
The system of growing a different corp in a field year to preserve the fertility of the land.
FACTORS OF PRODUCTION
The resources- include land, labor, and capital which are needed to produce goods and services.
ENCLOSURE
One of the fenced-in or hedged-in fields created by wealthy British land owners on land that was formerly worked by British farmers.
FACTORY
A large building in which machinery is used to manufacture goods.
STOCK
Shares of a company used to raise money
CORPORATION
A business owned by stockholders who share the profits but are not personally responsible for it's depts.
