The Real Estate Pitch

Published on Nov 18, 2015

What types of things should a GREAT Realtor be discussing when they are pitching you? Should be all about number one and how much real estate they own? Or should they use stories of actual client experiences to gain your trust and loyalty? There are many ways to show someone you are experienced. I would say the BEST ways are not by grandstanding, but by real stories and passion for your specific craft. Our craft is real estate. But for us it's not about selling or listing real estate. It's all about the Protection (me and my lapd background), for Paris it's all about Customer Service (from her food service industry and psychology background.)
