-B-complex vitamins and vitamin C are water-soluble vitamins that are not stored in the body and must be replaced each day.

-These vitamins are easily destroyed or washed out during food storage .

-Using megadoses of multivitamins or supplements is not recommended.

- There are 5 types of Vitamin B. These include Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6, & B12.

- The B-complex vitamins can be found in a variety of enriched foods
