Peter Cooper was born in New York City, New York but spent a lot of his time in Peeksille, New York
Peter Cooper invented the locomotive, helped make the iron industry in the United States, the Atlantic Cable, manufactured glue and gelatin, and made the Tom Thumb.
Peter Cooper invented lot, but here are three - the Locomotive, iron industry, and glue. The Locomotive made it so people could travel faster. The iron industry made it so more that required iron to be made. Glue was a faster way to put things together.

From this project, I learned the power of steam. Steam could be used could be used to help make food, or to make transportation easier. I also learned that glue is important because it is a faster way to put things together.
