Haiku Deck delta v3.0 20140207

* presume this is because I am running Haiku Deck🔺but someone should check.
* Foundry is the first example.
* Screen shot on next slide

1) create a text slide in default title/sub format
2) put an image on it
3) change layout to top bot right
4) Change to bullet style
5) Back to title/sub
6) switch to layout view
7) BOTH layouts (std and t/b/r) are selected
8) layout shown is title/sub

Expected:
* when reverting to title/sub from bullet, expected prior layout selection to still be in effect
* when viewing layout! expected only one layout to be selected, and expected the selected layout to match the displayed layout

Actual:

First of three related problems:

"Immediately after publishing a four slide deck, preview line was empty and UI completely unresponsive."

1) created a four slide deck on the iPad while logged in (first four slides of this deck)
2) hit "main menu" in upper left
3) got the publish query, selected yes, followed instructions
4) deck published, showing progress. When complete, came back to deck (unexpected, see issue 5)
5) last edited slide was displayed in main menu
6) preview line was empty for about 15 seconds
7) then preview line displayed a gear, centered high in the preview bar, with nothing else
8) then began a series of 10 second blinks of my previews (10 seconds blank, 1 second previews present, 10 secs blank...)
9) occasional "patience grasshopper" displays, inconsistent
10) UI completely unresponsive SEE SCREENSHOT
11) when finally settled down, had two blank slides on the end.
12) touch to edit last slide = crash (issue 4)

Next slide is confusing because it's a screen shot of a screen shot. Important to look at the very bottom - a blank preview strip

1) published 4 slide deck
2) endure post publishing agony
3) tapped last slide to edit
4) crash to home screen
5) on re opening, lost last selected image on slide (slide was blank)

After creating 4 slides, I pressed "main menu"

Expected: return to main menu
Tolerated: do you want to publish?
Actual: after publishing, remained in deck edit mode

Changed the layout on the last slide, hit done in the preview window on the right, crash

Accidentally created a 5th category and could not delete. Tried setting text empty and value 0. No way to delete until switching to notes view and back - then red x showed up

At least four times, a duplicate slide would show up at the end of the presentation. Seems like sometimes in the middle. Too many variations to isolate as a reproducible case.

After I publish, the little preview window is rendering our 404 page until the rendering is complete. This should show loading or something

Look at the preview strip - there aren't two slides with the 404 image.

Look at the selected slide in the thumbnail view

At some point we should consider adding formatting to the notes view. A hanging indent if a user starts a line with a number or an asterisk, auto capitalize first non-symbol on a line, convert asterisk to bullet, etc.
