Overview of the project

• My senior project was about newborn nursery
• I've always wanted to be a nurse. My mother also works in the nursery and she loves it.
• Other than what my mom has told me from stories about work; I didn't know much about newborn nursery.

Research Paper
The responsibilities of a newborn nursery nurse are to admit the newborn, preform required tests and procedures, and educate parents on discharge teaching and newborn care.

• My mentor was Amanda Templeton, RN for 6 years
• My paper and project relate because in my paper I talked about the three main parts of newborn nursery level one. So for my project I mentored a nurse in newborn nursery
