Goal 2

Focus on a Student to Student mentor program with the students who are in the student council. They are working to build this program to take it school-wide next year.
2 Pride of the Pack- small multi-grade level communities, meet every 6 weeks, focus on safety, bulling, healthy habits, and many other topics.

Goal 3

For AVC we took a with in campus approach to Focus on Staff.
It is the campus' responsibility first to ensure our staff is properly trained.

We conduct campus level coaching for technology and struggling teachers.
Multiple avenues for pd through twitter, edchat, fb links, online courses and other offerings.

Encourage And support learning at Home

  • 55% complete
  • Use technology at all family engagement events with instructions of home use
  • Increase student attendance by parent sign in for tardies, call system, and grade level % display
Goal 4

We want to promote a strong home and school connections.
At every family event, technology is a focus. it is our goal to have parents walk away with something to use a home with their students.

Increase our student attendance- students can't learn if they are not here. We have implemented a new parent sign in for our tardy students. This has reduced student tardies by 28% YTD from November 1st.
Amanda has also began a Grade Level % display in the main lobby to show attendance for our students.

Goal 5

Campus funds are spent according to the CISD policy. All grade levels were to make classroom purchase by Oct 31st for instructional matierals only. We have increased the technology purchasing plan to finish out the 4th grade with Ipad mini- in the classroom.
