The Tripartite Theory of the Soul included the aspects of Logic, Spirit, and Appetite. Plato also believed that all ideas were innate and through life one had to use the soul in order to tap into the potential knowledge.

In Plato's Forms, the soul is non-physical realm that leads to the finding of the forms. The soul represents the world of Forms while the physical body translates forms of the soul.
