  • In 2003 the Taliban placed a harsh law that created hash punishments for disobeying the Taliban.
  • There was hash crack down on education in 2012.
  • Her education was encouraged by her parents.
  • In 2012 she was shot for being an activist of woman's education.

MALALAS STORY IS...

  • Inspiring and her continual anti-violence message even after being shot is incredible.
  • She talks about the importance of education and how irreplaceable it is to society and the global community.
  • As the youngest person to ever win the Nobel Peace Prize Malala's story is a reminder that anyone can really make an impact on the world, regardless of age.
