The women in the revolution had a part within borders of their own household as well as being a housewife and a mother.
The split between the colonies and Britain was a huge deal, but gave the colonies the independence and own benefits to themselves without having to rely on the Mother Country.
The African Americans were treated like slaves during the American Revolution, towards the south.
With the Boston Tea Party, the colonists were angered at the government in England and decided to force a tyranny and foolishly dump all of the taxed tea overboard.
The clothing was very formal and uncomfortable. For men, it was tight and long and well as women, who had dresses and corsets. Hats were popular as well.
