First the pizza goes into your mouth only to be munched to pieces by your teeth.

While the teeth are chewing enzymes break the food down more.

Then the "pizza" goes to your stomach where it is soaked in hydrochloric acid, which makes it into even smaller particles.

After the stomach, the remains go to the small intestine where more enzymes break the food into small molecules.

Finally the molecules go to the large intestine then the rectum.

The "poop" sits in your rectum until it can expel out through the anus.
