Diets only make you fat.

You can shed pounds with a diet, but most people regain weight quickly when the diet is over.

When you eat less, your body reduces its metabolic rate.

Listen to your body!

It knows what it needs.
In today’s world we tend to suppress our instincts and feelings. We tackle most problems with our minds.

Your body has an innate wisdom have an inborn wisdom and it communicates with your mind.

Our bodies don't shout.

Gut feelings and appetites tell you gently what to eat.
The body communicates with the mind through subtle hints.

When it comes to food, these are cravings and appetites. The body knows when something in our diet is amiss and tells you so.

A diet plan suppresses instincts -

Leading to binge eating and weight gain.
A diet may be well balanced and meet the needs of your body according to scientific knowledge. However, that does not mean your body submits to these standards.

Suppressed instincts can turn into a violent craving, overriding the control over your eating.

Meals should be a source of pleasure!

Measuring everything takes the fun out of eating.
In our daily life we use our brains so much; meal times should be dedicated to sensations and emotional well-being.

Cultivate a healthy lifestyle

Exercise, fruits and vegetables, omega-3, sleep
The way to a fit and lean body is a healthy lifestyle.
- Eat home cooked food with plenty of vitamins and minerals
- Use healthy fats like olive oil, coconut oil and butter
- Buy organic produce whenever you can
- Eat plenty of fiber for good digestion
- Exercise regularly
-Take care that you sleep well

Indulge and enjoy!

Remember: You cannot stuff a hole in your heart with food
There is nothing wrong with indulging in a bit of chocolate or ice cream.

Stuffing yourself with food until the point of bursting is sick.

Get help!

If your eating is out of control, you need healing.
Eating disorders manifest in many different ways.

Your body tells you in many ways that something with you is very wrong and that you need healing.

I have suffered from eating disorders for a long time. Only psychotherapy really helped.

If you cannot control your eating or you starve yourself, you need professional help. Nobody is perfect.

When you eat consciously, you eat less.
