THE GREAT DEPRESSION

Some major historical events was that over 3 million people were unemployed in 1930 new Yorkshire bank of the United States collapses with over 200$ million in deposit in 1931more than 300 world 1 veterans leave Portland in 1932 a three day dust storm blow 350 million tons of the soil 1934

It was an economic slump in North America,Eroupe and other industrialized places in the world it began in 1929 and lasted until about 1939 it was the longest and most several depression ever experienced it started on USA it began with a catastrofic stock market crash during the next three years stock prizes in the USA continued to fall besides ruining many of individual investors many banks where forced to bankrupt the result was falling and rising unemployment

The music,well there wasn't much music because nobody wanted to sing since they were really sad but there was something else, the rithym was a lot blues and jazz or much folk music

Why was it important?BECAUSE IT'S THE GREAT DEPRESSION AND PEOPLE COULD HAVE MUSIC! ALLELUYA! and that music cheers them up and at least it cheers me up

How did it affect society?
It helped them because that was one of the little things that let people be happy

Society responded good to it because they liked the music so that helped them so that's not bad that's good

WORLD WAR 2

The Second World War began in September 1939 when hitler invaded Poland ,then France and Britain declare war on Germany.after conquering Polland,
Germany attacked France, in June 1940 France fell,soon Nazis overran most of the rest of Europe and Africa, only Britain led by Winston Churchill was not defeated and the war ended in 1945, it finished with United States with bombs on Nagasaki and Hiroshima.

Architecture from the world war 2 is barely talked about Since they dint have time for anything it began hard to start building stuff because there in the middle of war and they could of just put a bom there but they used materials like cement and simple bricks

Second World War One of the most important architecture was Blake's house soho was built in the 18th century

It was really important because William Blake's lived there and he was a famous poet and famous painter Blake was considered a seminal figure in history and it was one of the many buildings that was not destroyed

This house affected society because they wanted to see Blake's paintings and Blake inspired 20% of the worlds painters with that house

Society responded to it by painting it putting it as a historical building
