PRESENTATION OUTLINE

CANTO 7

BAILEY, LUNA, JAKE, LACHLAN

-Circle 4:
The hoarders and the wasters are eternally clashing

-Circle 5:
The sullen are drowning in the Marsh of Styx while the wrathful are fighting in it

FAMOUS SINNER
In order to get to the circles, Virgil and Dante have to go through Plutus, the god of wealth in Greek mythology. He was placed there because he had an unhealthy obsession with material wealth.

TERRAIN

  • Marsh of Styx

-Poem-
Oh, how the mighty have fallen.
So wrong in their retribution.
Selfish souls forced to lash out for eternity, never knowing eternal death.
Oh, how the weak are forgotten.
Drowning in their sins,
Lungs filled with sorrow,
and hearts heavy with hate.

Oh, how the greedy have suffered.
Forever damned to push the weight of their wrong doing.
Yes, their damnation knows no bounds.
These sinners.
These wrong doers.
These idiotic fools that so foolishly wasted
their mortal lives in their selfish acts of self-ruin.
They now serve for their sins in eternal punishment.
These fallen. These forgotten
These sufferers, have been damned.
