WHATS RUGBY??

  • our sport is rugby
  • Rugby is a contact sport where two teams score points by running into or kicking through the uprights of the opponents goal line

HOW TO PLAY RUGBY

  • Who ever has the most points at the end wins the game
  • Can only pass behind and sideways, not foward
  • Opposing teams need to stop the one with the ball
  • 15 players on the field, 8 foward field, 7 backfield

  • Born in 1823 by Williams Webb Ellis
  • Was at rugby school, when he made enhancements to change the game to what it is today
