PlOT
Miles Halter knows a lot of people's last words. It's a weird and special talent he has. After arriving at a boarding school, Miles meets two people who will change his life forever: Alaska Young and Chip: mostly known as the Colonel. After one hundred thirty-six days of having fun with Alaska and Colonel, everything changes.
Rating
Looking For Alaska by John Green deserves all five stars. Not only is it a charming and wonderful book, it's written by one of my favorite authors ever; John Green. Though I've only read two of his books, John Green always sets a certain tone to his books. If anyone likes good storylines, wonderful characters, and a stunning conclusion, then they should read this book.
How I Connected With The Book
I found myself liking Looking For Alaska more than I normally would because I could connect with Alaska more than Miles. Alaska is secretive and bottles up her emotions until they explode. Sometimes, that's what I do, and it's never good.
Overall Thoughts
My final thought about Looking For Alaska is a amazing book, despite that was John Green's debut and it was published ten years ago. His other books, like Paper Towns and The Fault In Our Stars, can't compare to this book to all.
