  • Regularly stretch to improve flexibility
  • Eat healthy to reduce body fat
  • Work out muscles to improve strength

  • Lifting workouts for strength

WORKOUTS WILL INCREASE IN TIME AND INTENSITY THROUGHOUT THE PLAN
