There are following recommendations: The rent should be about 10.000 ₽ Per square meter. And you should take a long-term rent.
BUBBLE MANIA® STREET should be located at the central street of the city, with a large flow of people, on the ground floor, with showcase windows and a separate entrance. It's good if the location is near to the fast food restaurants (McDonald's, KFS, SUBWAY, etc.). The rented area must be more than 30-40 sq.m. Plumbing and electric power are necessary.
There are following recommendations: The rent should be about 5.000 ₽ Per square meter. And you should take a long-term rent (not less than 3 years).
