María Lucila Beltrán Ruiz, more commonly known as Lola Beltrán, was a Mexican recording artist, actress, and television presenter.

Lola Beltrán was raised in a small, rural town known as Rosario. To pursue her dreams, she traveled to Mexico City to start singing and acting. Lola(at the time she moved to Mexico City) had graduated secretarial school.
