WHEN WERE THEY CREATED

  • Fire works originated from China about 2000 years ago. Other sources say that they were created in the 9th century during the Song Dynasty.

WHO INVENTED THEM

  • A Chinese monk named Li Tian lived near the city of Liu Yang was the person you was credited to the invention of the firecracker about 1000 years ago. Now to this day firecrackers are used for such events like New Years. The people of the city built a temple in name of Li Tian.

INGREDIENTS

  • Potassium nitrate
  • Black powder
  • Fuel
  • Sulfur/charcoal
  • They used these to make the slandered firework.

WHY WERE THEY CREATED

  • They were first made to warn off evil spirits and ghosts in ancient China. Now they are used for celebrating big events and fun.πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†

  • Fireworks are low explosive pyrotechnic devices used for entertainment in events and displays. All fireworks are made differently to get there different colours and patterns they do now.
