DYNASTIES
- Dynasties organized the Pharaohs
- Dynasties could end, by occurring natural disasters
- Only did they end, because the Pharaoh was to stop disasters
- If one occurred, they knew the Pharaoh wasn't worthy
- There were many Pharaohs, about 256 Pharaohs, and 31 dynasties

THE LIFE OF A PHARAOH
- They get cleaned and bathed by servants
- They would go to the audience chamber and announce meetings
- They must pay the tribute to the chief god
- They do ceremonies to make sure the sun set sand rises

KING TUT
- 9 year old Pharaoh!
- He was born on1341 bc and died 1823 bc
- His death was thought to have been caused by infection of a fracture
- He was the 11 pharaoh of the 18 dynasty, right after Akhenaten
- Since to young, his uncle ruled for him

- He was the 3 pharaoh of the 19 dynasty
- He lived the longest of all the Pharaohs
- He had 100 children!
- His favorite wife was Nefertari (they had many wives)
- He built many cities

- He had quite a large family!
- He came to the throne in his twenties
- He led the building of the great pyramid!

- He united Upper and Lower Egypt
- He made the ultra crown! (Combined crown)
- He brought unity to ancient Egypt!

AKHENATEN
- He was the father of king Tut
- He attempted to turn the religion into monotheism
- 18 dynasty, ruled 17 years
- After death, they were back to polytheism

- She ruled for more than 20 years
- She was a queen alongside her husband
- He died, then she claimed the rule
- After death, thutmouse III tried to erase her
