guide about the tui

A tui has a lot of different colours like red, blue, green, brown, white, purple, and sometimes even yellow. A tui has quite a long tail like a fantail, it also has a white tuff on its throat that kinda looks like a pom-pom and it has white stripes of feathers around its neck. Oh and a tui is about the same size as a small dog.

Tui's are found in a lot of sanctuaries and forests all through new zealand, the north and south islands and sometimes on mana island. There is also sanctureries where they own/have tui's and other birds.

Tui's are also predators because if they weren't predators and only prey then there would not be any left because they would of all got eaten by the predators that eat them. So what do Tui's eat? Well they eat lots of different types of insects, fruit and little fish

Unfortunately, Tui's are prey for most animals but on the bright side Tuis are actually not endangered because sometimes you will find a Tui laying eggs that baby Tuis will eventually hatch from.
