I WILL KEEP MY SELF-ESTEEM UNDER CONTROL, SO I DO NOT HURT OTHERS, OR MYSELF.

I WILL NOT BE A ROBOT, I WILL HAVE EMOTIONS.

I LIKE PLAYING SPORTS, SO I WILL NOT UNDERAGE DRINK.

I WILL WAIT UNTIL MARRIAGE UNTIL I HAVE SEXUAL ACTIVITY, I DONT WANT

TO GET AIDS.

I WILL USE CONTRACEPTION, I DONT WANT TO GET ANY TRANSMITTED DISEASES

IF I AM DEPRESSED, I WILL FIND HELP.

WHEN I AM OVERWHELMED, I WILL USE RELAXATION TO CALM ME DOWN.

I AM A KIND, RESPECTFUL PERSON, THIS IS MY PERSONALITY

I WILL USE GOOD TIME MANAGEMENT TO REDUCE STRESS.

I WILL MAKE GOOD CHOICES, I DONT WANT TO END UP IN THE SLAMMER.

I WILL EXERCISE FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR EVERYDAY TO KEEP MY PHYSICAL HEALTH IN GOOD SHAPE.

I WILL HANG AROUND A GOOD GROUP OF KIDS TO BOOST MY EMOTIONAL HEALTH.

I WILL SLEEP FOR AT LEAST 9 HOURS A DAY TO KEEP MY MENTAL HEALTH IN GOOD SHAPE.

I VALUE MY LIFE, I WILL NOT DRIVE UNDER THE INFLUENCE.

IF I SEE A PERSON PASSED OUT I WILL USE MY CPR SKILLS TO HELP THEM LIVE.

EVERYTIME I NEED TO USE CPR I WILL USE THE AED TO HELP KEEP THEM ALIVE.

I WILL SAY NO, MY REFUSAL SKILLS GAME STRONG.

I WILL BE A GOOD ROLE MODEL, I WANT PEOPLE TO FOLLOW IN MY FOOTSTEPS.

I WILL NOT BE A BULLY, I DO NOT WANT TO MAKE PEOPLE DEPRESSED.
