MAOS LAST DANCER

PART 1:

  • This part/sene is about when Li is a little boy and he does the audition to see if he can go to the Beijing Dance Academy. He is very flexible and passes all the tests. Most other children couldn't pass because they couldn't do certain things.
  • Li does end up passing the audition and goes to the Beijing Dance Academy.

PART 2:

  • This part/sene is about Li's first wife (Elizabeth) having to sacrifice her dancing carrier/ dream, because Li gets accepted to do a dance for a big dance company. But as it turns out he didn't like the choice of dance, he thought it wasn't true ballet.
  • But Elizabeth isn't very good at dancing that is why she can't continue her dancing dream.

PART 3:

  • This part/sene is about when Li is performing him dance, with his good friend Mary. But what he doesn't know that in amongst the crowd is his parents, that he thought where still in China at home. When the dance is finished, he sees him mother and father coming onto the stage, he is so happy and shocked.

PART: 4

  • This part/sene is when Li comes back to China, (3 years later) to his village. Some of the men play the drums when he is stepping out of the car. His parents are happy he is home, and teacher Chan is so proud of him. At the last part before the movie ends, Mary & Li do a special dance.

PART 5

  • This part/sene is about how Li almost executed fro m the U.S, back to China. He almost got executed because the Chinese law didn't allow many people to leave the country, and if they do leave they get a limit on how long they can leave for. And Li's time was up, but the government came to an agreement that Li could stay in the states but he couldn't go back to China again.
