Think before you click

Tips:

• Flag things that you don't like.
• Use Saftey Mode to filter posts.
• Use "The Grandma Rule" 
• Delete rude comments on your videos.
• Set videos to private.

Flagging videos

• Youtube is a community website
• If you see something bad, report it
• Flag it as innapropriate
• Click the flag icon under the video
• Say why it is wrong and should be removed

Simple steps 2 safety

• 1. Click the safety tab at the top of page
• 2. Turn safety mode from off to on
• 3. Save the changes you've made
• 4. Search on Youtube
• 5. Should say "successfuly locked safety mode"

• You're about to post something on youtube
• Stop and think
• Would I be okay if my grandma saw this?
• If yes, then continue posting
• If no, then don't post it.

Deleting comments

• Someone says something mean on your video
• Click on the comment
• Click the trash can icon
• Delete the comment
• You don't have to read that.

Private videos

• Make your account private
• Only people you know can see your videos
• This stops mean people from saying things
• Allows you to stay safe
• Won't allow strangers to see your face/info
