The fantail is 11.5-21cm. Their tail is bigger then their bodies. Their colours are black, gold, grey and white.

The Fantails live in a lot of different country's like India, Samoa, China, Himalayas and lots more. They also live here in our home country New Zealand. They live on Mana Island, Kapiti Island, South and North New Zealand.
