In fact, last year we saw tremendous growth. The truth is that there are more buyers than there are homes for sale, driving prices up.

Change in home prices are projected to continue their growth. Rhode Island may have over a 4% increase in prices in 2014. If you've been holding back, now is the time to put your home on the market.

Mortgage rates are on the rise. In fact, interest rates are 1 point higher now than they were a year ago and there are multiple factors that are pointing to a continued increase. For buyers, this will translate to hundreds of dollars a month. Some will simply be able to afford less of a home for their money, essentially being priced out of the quality homes that they could afford now.
