How to Prepare Your Home

  • I have a lot of experience helping buyers and sellers and will give you my advice
  • If necessary I will call in a professional stager/decorator to get her professional opinion
  • I usually DO NOT recommend major renovations because you rarely get all of your money back

How to Price Your Home

  • It is important to price right the first place.
  • The interest in a new listing is high but rapidly drops off if the price is too high.
  • If it is on the market too long people start to think there is something wrong with it.

How to Price Your Home

  • Right now there is a shortage of inventory on the market and more buyers than sellers so multiple offers are common if the price is low or at least close to market value.
  • I study past sale prices for comparable homes, market trends, competitive listings etc
  • The final decision is yours

What I will do for You

  • Hire a professional photographer for listing photos and virtual tour
  • Post the listing on both RAHB & TREB (so out of town agents see it)
  • Promote the listing to thousands of targeted buyers using Social Media, my website, Open Houses and Remax.ca

  • Work with buyers agent to get your sale firmed up if offer has conditions
