QUESTIONS TO ASK THE CUSTOMER

• Age of shingles on the roof
• Back up generator and how it's tied in if not obvious

ROOF

• Lift shingles get photo
• Lift drip edge get photo
• We only mount on comp. shingle and standing seam

ELECTRICAL PHOTOS

• Service drop
• Underside of meter pan
• Where service wires enter home
• Water main ground or ground rod or both
• Wires leading into MSP and/or surrounding MSP
• Shot of available bus space usually towards bottom of bus
• All outside discos/ATS opened

SAFETY PHOTOS

• Harness and anchor
• Arc flash suit
• Ladder 3 rungs over and strapped
• Gloves in all photos
• No photos=not doing it!!
• All jobs will be reviewed daily for these photos and dealt with individually if ther're not present
