Early Life
Raphael grew up in Italy where artist live. His dad was an artist. Raphael's dad showed him how to paint and draw. His dad showed him the basics of painting. He owned a workshop with dad. He took good care of the workshop. His dad passed away when he was only 11.

Education/Jobs
He took care of his fathers workshop. He got a job at Pope Julius church to paint the walls. Pope Julius saw that he was good at painting so pope told him to paint the whole church. When Raphael was 17 he moved to Perugia where he worked with a famous artist for 4 years. He was trained to be an artist.He was a master of art.

Accomplishments
He did his biggest painting and did not give up. He had rough times like when his dad died and he made it through. Raphael was invited to paint some rooms from the vatican by pope Julius. It was there where Raphael painted his greatest painting "the school of Athen's". By the time he finished his work he was known as one of the greatest artist in Italy.
