ARE YOU IN MISERY?

• How do you know?
• The law of God tells us.
• There are 613 commandments in the Torah.
• You can't get better if you don't know you're sick.

WHAT DOES GOD WANT FROM US?

• Everything
• Heart, Soul, Mind, Strength

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. This is the first and greatest commandment.

And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the law and the prophets hang on these two commandments.

CAN WE LIVE UP TO THAT STANDARD?

• NO!
• We naturaly hate God.

SO WHATS THE PROB?

• Law is perfect (1 Tim 1:8)
• Jesus loved God's law (Matt 5:17)
• The problem is with us.
