When you compare and order integers its easy ti use a number line

EXAMPLE

ORDERING INTEGERS

When ordering integers is like putting them from least to greatest

  • -66 and -2 negitive two is bigger so it gose behind the smaller number
  • 12 and 14, 12 is smaller so it gose im front

REMBER

  • Positive numbers are greater than negitive
  • The closest negetive number to the zero is the bigest
  • The smaller the negitive the bigger it is
  • The further to the left on the number line the smaller the number
  • For negative #'s as absolute value increases the value of the # decreases
