With Michael telling the story it influences it greatly. With he talks it shows exactly how he is feeling and what he is thinking. And with all the drama it is very sad. Like when Michael gets took of the boat you feel really bad because you know how he feel also when he gets stung by the jellyfish you can tell how he feels.
Micheal Jacqueline Michael:By using survival skills and kensuke's help he can survive Jacqueline:She works hard and has her sister help her overcome dylexia Both:They both need help and support Both:They both work hard
One important point is in her childhood when Jacqueline figures she has dyslexia. This makes it hard for her to read and write “During childhood she was a struggling reader.” Another important point is when she has her book chosen for the basis for a tv show. This is a important point because it could really expand her career. And the last important point is her heart murmur this stopped her from playing track, but she still got in shape.
Responce Michael reacted to being told to “not swim in the water”, bad. He disobeyed it and went in the ocean. I think he did this because Kensuke was putting out all his fires, and that made him mad.
“Dameda” Kensuke said this when Michael started a fire. I think he said this because he was mad at michael for building a fire, and since he does not speak much english than that might be his way to say “stop.”
The lesson that I could use is “If someone you don’t like helps you still try to get along.” This could help me because later on in life if I get assigned a project with someone I despise, I should still try to get along, so it is easier to get the project done.
