Cancer Theme Update
- At least one research funding bid will be submitted in the next academic year from steering group members. LP has submitted a small bid to CoRIPS and HP hoping to submit another bid by August this year. • At least 6 publications to be submitted by steering group members by September 2016. LP-1, HP-1, GB-1, CH….KR • PhD students- we have secured one VC scholarship through CHSCR and maybe linked to a second in ACES. • Steering group members will support the Radiotherapy Research Seminar series and the webinar series (through attendance and follow up of speakers and through facilitation on the webinars) to increase networking and the profile of AHP research. Completed and ongoing • Steering group members will post once a month on the SCoR research network or BRIG discussions related to active SHU AHP cancer research. We could do better here, not quite posting monthly. • Steering group members will post a tweet at least once a month about SHU AHP cancer research activity. Completed and ongoing
