GENERAL LETTERS

YOU MUST INCLUDE...

• In the first paragraph you must write the reason of the letter, why you are writting
• Then include specific information that you want to include
• Add a closing paragraph
• Thank the recipient for reading the letter
• And you can add some possible follow up plans.

EMPLOYEE

JOB OFFER LETTER

• You must take in count that the letter must be in a formal written document
• The letter sent by the company to the employer must include some specific details like:
• The job description, salary, and also the date where the employer begins

FAREWELL LETTER

• The farewell letters are commonly sent before the person finish their duties, so he/she can said goodbye to her/his coworkers
• The letter must include a paragraph were the writer is saying thank you to the receipent
• And most of the time independently the business give some options to the recipient on where he/she can go next

An anonymous letter (actually sent by the FBI) that encourage Martin Luther King to commit suicide

The letter mentioned something important, it says that Martin was a fraud, and other bad stuff about him. Also the letter repeats several times that he is done. Luther King commit suicide in 1976
