Cuba, Georgia, New Orleans, Mississippi, Alabama, Kentucky, Louisiana, Bahamas, Ohio, Virginia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Etc.
It was a tropical storm.

It was the deadliest hurricanes to ever hit the us.
About 1,833 people died in this hurricane.

It destroyed many things.
It was the third strongest hurricane ever.
The levees were designed for category 3, but hurricane Katrina peaked at category 5.
