Rose was introduced to me by a colleague who saw her as a natural leader but the disconnect was, Rose didn't see that in herself.
She was wrestling with what it meant to be a leader. She admittedly led by trial and error, unclear of the qualities and skills she needed to be most effective.

After adopting these 5-Shifts, I finally got a promotion to Senior Manager, an addition of 2 new hires to my team, and one of the best annual reviews I have ever had in my professional career."
