I am judge Jasmine and today we will be addressing the case of how henry Henry ford REFORMED America and if the TRANSFORMATION was positive or a negative impact.
I Henry Ford acquired my wealth by making cars, I made business BOOM in the automobile industry. I am glad I chose to work in the automobile department instead of working on that farm my mother once loved before she died, I was supposed to inherit and continue on with. I made the model t car that put me on the map for making the first car affordable to the common man.
I aquired my wealth as fairly as any other big business man, I'm not looking for a monopoly. I'm looking out for the better of the people. The only thing that I did wrong was I kept mass producing my cars using the assembly line when I hadn't had permission from A.L.A.M. I was able to DISTRIBUTE my cars to any of my CONSUMERS
I treated them with much more compassion than any of those factories ever could have in 100 years! I admit using the assembly line my workers didn't have to put much thought or interest in their work since they are assigned one part of building the car each. But I also opened up space for people to get a job. I had no CORRUPTION with anyone.
I founded The Ford Motor Company, I obviously get the joy of making my idea big. I have been able to enjoy my turn being a man in charge. I wanted no MONOPOLY over other businesses.
Sadly my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. This changed my life forever and motivated me to donated some money to the cause. I donated to Susan G. Komen Cure I also am planning on giving my earnings to my only son Edson Ford.
Henry Ford can be considered a Captain of Industry. Henry Ford was unlike any other “Robber Baron,” and no others compare to him. Ford was self-made and an incredible man. His creation of the Model T revolutionized the industrial world. His assembly line did the same by allowing mass production throughout the industrial world. Also, he cared about others more than himself....
....Ford donated most of his money to charities such as the Susan G. Komen cure. Ford also established a hospital and left money for his son to establish a foundation, later known as the Ford Foundation. Fords reputation as a factory owner is outstanding as well. Ford treated his workers with the utmost respect, and he cared about them tremendously. Ford payed his workers a very high price and even hired the disabled because he felt everyone deserved a second chance. Henry Ford was solely for and a pioneer of mass production
I also conclude that Henry Ford is a positive impact on today's society. Sure there is pollution but someone was bound to find a way to make a car sooner or later. It just happened to be Ford here who did it.
Henry Ford would be always trying his best at all his subjects he'd have a huge unstressed with stem class, he would be always trying to do better than what he did.
He changed today's culture way back we used to ride bikes everywhere, or even have carriages that used horses. Now we rely on cars everyday to bring us almost anywhere on land.
He also pulled down A.L.A.M's monopoly over cars in TRADE for being able to mass produce his cars inspiring other powerful entrepreneurs to use his assembly line ideas.
The Sherman Anti-TRUST was a way to break up big MONOPOLY.
We now have cars who are able to answer calls through your car with one button on your steering wheel! We now have the technology to improve cars that are related to Henry fords Model t car.
Don't forget he also won a race against a man who was the fastest racer back then (Alexander winton)
