My Holocaust survivor that i'm studying is Alter Wiener. He was born in 1926 in Poland. He is Currently alive and healthy at 99 years old!

Alter Wiener survived an incredible 35 months in the Holocaust! That is a lot when you are living in the holocaust, not just studying it!

Alter Wiener also wrote a book about the holocaust and what they did to survive, its called "From a Name to a Number!"

What did they eat?

They ate canned goods, dry milk, and, rice. Basically whatever that they could get their hands on.
