He has to have 2970 calories a day

  • Foods like:
  • Eggs
  • Steak
  • Milk
  • Turkey
  • Fish

LIPIDS

  • Butter, dairy, and cheese were taken out
  • Replaced with olive oil, nuts, and veggies

CARBs

  • Pasta, rice, and bread taken out
  • Replaced with beans and potatos
