ISAAC'S HEALTHY SNACKS

KALE CHIPS

  • 1bunch of kale
  • 1teaspoon of salt
  • 1tablespoon olive oil
  • Preheat oven to 350 dgrees
  • Cook for 10 min
  • I think this is healthy because the kale is a vegetable and it its low calories.

Cinnamon Vanilla Granola

  • 3cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1cups of chopped pecans-or sliced almonds or sunflower seeds
  • 1/2cup toasted wheat germ
  • 1/4cup maple syrup
  • 2tablespoon mazola corn oil
  • 2tablespoons pure vanilla extract
  • 4teaspoons of ground Saigon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1cup of dried cranberries ,raisins or any dried fruit
  • Put the pecans and the oats and the wheat germ in a large bowl and the other ingredients mix in a small bowl then put this mixture on top of the oats and pecans
  • Then bake it at 300 degrees for 50-60 min stir every 15 min until the oats are toasted
  • I think this is healthy because the grains and oats that are in it and its only 230 calories

TORTILLA CHIPS

  • 1 12 ounce package corn tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons lime Juice
  • 1teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1teaspoon chili powder
  • 1teaspoon salt
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and cut the tortilla into 8 wedges mix the oil and lime Juice and spray the tortilla chips till slightly moist then bake for 7 min
  • I think its healthy because theres barely any salt and other stuff that is unhealthy
