• The market is small and we have little competition. But the competition we do have we are dominating.

TARGET CUSTOMERS

• Furniture stores, cities big and small, everyone who could use a bench.
• Older people that enjoy sitting outside.
• Parks such as the one in McKinney near the movie theater.

COMPETITION.

• The bench factory. They are well known and used a lot but not for long.
• Park Benches by Belson. They too are well known. But our benches are the benches of the future.

WHY WE WILL BE SUCCESSFUL

• We are the only one of its kind. They are more comfortable because of our molded seat to fit your tush. We last longer and your butt won't get wet.
• We will dominate them.

MARKETING PLAN

• We will place the benches randomly around cities with salesmen showing people how they work. We will tell them where they can buy them and ask how we can improve them.

• We are opening a factory in China. We need 250 thousand dollars. For your money back and 8% interest.

PROJECTED INCOME

• Once we move to China we will be able to make more for less. We believe will easily be able to double our income for the next year.
• In the 3rd year we believe we can open up several stores around Europe and Asia.

We are asking for $250000 and we will pay it all back plus an 8% interest.
