How to make an origami dog

Introduction

• My name is Cooper Cowan.
• I have been in the Innovators for one year.
• I am going to tell you about origami and show you how to make an origami dog.

What is origami?

• Origami is when you fold paper into shapes and figures.
• It comes from the Japanese words oru (folding) and kami (paper).

Material: square paper

1. Fold the paper in half.

2. Fold the paper in half again to make a crease then unfold.

3. Fold both corners down to make the ears.

4. Fold the bottom corner up.

5. Decorate by adding eyes and a nose.
